A pylon stands on the rooftop of a residential apartment building in Dazhou city, southwest Chinas Sichuan province, 17 April 2013. A pylon mounted with power lines was built on the rooftop of a residential apartment building in southwest Chinas Sichuan province. The electricity tower, about 20 meters tall, stands high atop the 16-storey skirt building of a higher apartment complex. Residents living in the building under the pylon and nearby are worried about radiation and electric shock. It is still unknown why the pylon was built on the building and if the power lines transmit high-voltage electricity.
